If you know your current User Name and Password, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Enter your user name and current password and click Log In. Next, select the "Customer Service" tab and then "Change Password." Please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Specialist can assist in resetting your password too. You'll also have the option to change your user name on the same page as well by clicking "Change Your User Name." You can also view and change your security questions and answers there by clicking on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page, where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
