I need to change my user ID and password. How can I do that?

Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Jim. We’d be happy to help provide some options for changing your Online Banking credentials.
If you currently know both your User Name and password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online at www.tdbank.com . In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and a separate link to “Change Password”.
