Hello Missie, thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps. We can definitely assist you with your online banking security.
If you are able to log onto your Online Banking, remember both your user name and password, plus you’re looking to change your credentials to make it stronger, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and another link to "Change Password". If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to change your User ID and Password.
If you’re having trouble remembering your Online Banking User Name and or Password, you’re always welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you gain online access back in no time. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. For TD Bank Store locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
When creating your new User Name and Password, there are a few tips we can share with you:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your User Name and Password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a User Name and Password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you're referring to logging into tdcardservices.com, you may contact a TD Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
For additional support on other Online Banking platforms, such as, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Last but not least, we'd like to invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/19nPcn5 to view our Online Security Commitment and also here: http://bit.ly/1npPddy to view our Security Center.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice evening!
