If you currently know both your User Name and password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab once you've logged onto your account online at www.tdbank.com . In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and a separate link to “Change Password”.
