I would like to change my online user name

If you are able to log onto your Online Banking by using a computer (not Mobile App) and you currently know both your user name and password and you’re looking to change your user name, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that, you will see a link to “Change User Name.”
