If you are able to log onto your Online Banking, you can change your user name simply by selecting the "Customer Service" tab; located at the top of your screen. Select the link that states, "Change User Name" at the top of the first column. Please note that this change will be immediate after you click "Submit".
If you do not recall your user name or if you're unable to provide the information necessary, it's okay. You can call us directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Banking Specialists. After account verification, we would be happy to help reset your user name.
