Changing your transfer depends on how it was first set up. If you set up your automatic transfer from Online Banking, you can alter it anytime by accessing the "Transfer" tab. You would then select the "Scheduled Transfers" tab. You can then click on the "Edit" link next to the scheduled transfer you'd like to update. You will then be taken to the "Transfer Details" page where you can change the amount of a transfer, change the accounts the funds are being debited from or going into, or cancel the transfer. Once you’ve made your selection, please select "Save Changes".
If you did not set up the transfer from Online Banking, you can have a Customer Service Representative alter it many ways. When logged in to Online Banking or by enrolling, you can send a secure message. To enroll online, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, account number, and e-mail address. Once you've successfully enrolled, you have immediate access. To send a secured message, please select the "Customer Service" tab located at the top right of the page. From there, beneath "Message Center," you would select to send a secure message. You would then detail in your message how you'd like your transfer to be altered.
