I reset the questions this week because I didn't know they were set by the previous treasurer. The head man wants them changed back to the way the way they were.

Hi Walter thanks for the question! We'll be glad to direct you on how to change your security questions for your Online Banking.
If you can currently log in to access your account through Online Banking or BusinessDirect you'll be able to update your security questions! To do so, once you're logged in please select the "Customer Service" tab then please click on the "Change Security Questions/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
