It's great to hear from you today, Hazel.
We appreciate you bringing your question to TD Helps, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Changing your statement preferences is easy, and we'll be more than happy to walk you through the steps!
First, you'll want to log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled, don't worry! You can start the enrollment process by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To successfully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you're able to successfully access your Personal Online Banking, you may first select the 'Customer Service' tab towards the upper, right hand side of your screen. Then, under the 'Update Profile and Preferences' section, you can find a hyperlink that reads 'Online Statement Settings'. Once here, you can select which of your accounts you wish to either be enrolled in Online or Paper Statements.
If you'd prefer, you may also edit your statement preferences via TD Bank's Mobile Banking app. If you haven't yet downloaded our Mobile Banking app, and you'd like to learn more, you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H.
To edit your statement preferences via your mobile app, after logging in with your online banking credentials, select the main menu, which can be found on the upper, left hand side of your screen. Next, select 'Settings', then after scrolling towards the bottom; you can click 'Online Statement Settings'. Similar to using our full site, you can select whether you would prefer to receive Online or Paper Statements, and for which accounts.
By selecting paper statements, statements will be mailed to your address we have on record. It's also important to note that a Paper Statement fee may be assessed to your account at the end of your statement period by choosing this option. To learn more, check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
While we are unable to edit your preferences for you, if you have any trouble, you're more than welcome to connect with us, and we'll be happy to directly assist you.
Banking Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, 24/7, or you may also visit a TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Our Representatives are available to help during lobby hours, and you can use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
We sincerely hope this helps, Hazel.
Thanks again for stopping by today, and have an amazing weekend.
