The length of processing a claim varies depending on the type of the claim. Please understand that we would like to assist you here; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. To find out the status of your claim, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists if you are referring to your TD Checking, Money Market or Savings account claim. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review this claim with you. Also, you may visit any TD Bank Store, during normal lobby hours to have your claim reviewed in person. In addition, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
