Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Alana. We have many ways for you to check your account balance and we'd be happy to share them with you.
One of our popular options to check your balance is to give us a call. You can do so at 888-751-9000 and our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 to assist you. TD also offers an automated service to check your account balance, make transfers and, more! You can reach the automated line by dialing 800-937-2000. If it is your first time using the automated line, you will need your full account number and when it prompts you for a PIN, it is the last four numbers of your Social Security number. The automated system will then ask you to create a new PIN.
You can also check your balance at an ATM. When you check your balance through the ATM, all you need to do is insert your card to the machine of your choice and enter your PIN. Then select the "Balance Inquiry" option. Keep in mind that using any TD ATM is free of charge but there may be fees applied at non-TD ATMs. For more information about fees that may be applied, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You may also ask a Teller at any TD drive up window or in the lobby. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find ATMs and TD Bank locations near you!
Online Banking is not only a great tool checking your balance but many other aspects of banking! In order to check your balance with Online Banking, you must first be enrolled. You can do so for free at any time by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need to have your account number, ATM/VISA Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. If you have any problems while enrolling or are missing any of the mentioned pieces of information, please call us directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or visit a TD Store near you. Our Digital Banking Specialists would be happy to help you enroll. After you are successfully logged in, your account balances will be displayed on the first page you see.
After you enroll in Online Banking, you now have to opportunity to use Mobile Banking. If you have a smartphone, you can download the Mobile Banking application by taking a look here: http://bit.ly/1wT5SbU. You can submit your phone number on the website and it will text the link to your phone so you can download the app. Your user name and password for Mobile Banking is the same as the one you created for Online Banking! Pretty cool, huh? If you have any problems while downloading or accessing the app, you can contact our Digital Banking Specialists mentioned above for assistance.
We hope this helps in checking your balance, Alana and have a lovely day.
