I closed my account last year. But I needed my old bank statements. How may I access them

You have a great question! Here at TD Bank, we're happy to provide statements to our Customers, even if the account has been closed, and we'll gladly provide you with all the different options you have to make your request.
First, you're welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist. For your convenience, they're here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. If you have another active account with TD Bank, and are still able to access your Online Banking, you may also send us a secure message.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a 'Your Secure Messages' section. To send a message, simply click 'Send us a secure message.'
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
When making your request over the phone or through secure message, once completed, your statement will be mailed to you, and will typically arrive within 7-10 business days. If you're within TD Bank's footprint, you would also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location. By doing so, a Customer Service Representative may even be able to provide you with a copy of your statement on the spot! Regardless of the method you choose, we'd like to recommend that you have your closed account number handy, if possible, as we may need this information to successfully process your request.
