i'm Korean currently living in Korea. i didn't close my account when i left Canada cause i thought i could come back. unfortunely, i had to change my plan to stay here. my point is, how can i check my online banking PW? i can't log in even though i never changed it. i don't know why it's happened. so i tried to reset it, but it says the information doesn't match with my info. i guess it's because my SSN(in my case SIN) has expired. is it right? please let me know how i can access my account. thank you for your help in advance.
