Thank you for coming by TD Helps today, Bryan. Sorry to hear you are unable to view your balance at the ATM. We'll be sure to provide a few options to get your available balance.
We offer the ability to see your account balance through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to start the enrollment process for TD Bank Online Banking. Please choose Personal from the drop down box. Once you’re there, please complete steps 1 through 3. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you’ve completed the application, you should have immediate access to your account(s)! If you do not have the required information to set up your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you enrolled!
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password.
If you have trouble enrolling, you could visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for a personal and/or business Online Banking enrollment. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To look at your balance via smartphone, TD Bank Mobile App is quite easy after you have enrolled with TD Bank Online Banking. Feel free to visit http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for more information on the TD Bank Mobile App.
If you'd prefer to call to get your balance, contact out Automated System at 800-937-2000. Once you enter your account number you will be prompted to enter your PIN, if you have not used this service before, your PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. After you've entered the PIN you can follow the prompts to check your balance along with many other options and services. As always, you can speak with a live Representative 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps, Bryan. Enjoy the rest of your day!
