i used the ATM but it can only withdraw cash.

We offer the ability to see your account balance through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to start the enrollment process for TD Bank Online Banking. Please choose Personal from the drop down box. Once you’re there, please complete steps 1 through 3. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you’ve completed the application, you should have immediate access to your account(s)! If you do not have the required information to set up your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you enrolled!
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password.

If you'd prefer to call to get your balance, contact out Automated System at 800-937-2000. Once you enter your account number you will be prompted to enter your PIN, if you have not used this service before, your PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security number.
