TD Debit Card Advance is an optional overdraft services we offer with our personal checking accounts that may help you avoid debit card declines. We may authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. You can check to see if you are still enrolled in a variety of ways. You may call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and after account verification, our Representatives will be happy to confirm you're enrollment. You may also visit us during lobby hours at your nearest TD Store. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may check your enrollment by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you are logged in, select the "Customer Service" tab. Beneath "Self Service" you will see a variety of links. If you are enrolled in the TD Debit Card Advance, the last option on the right column will read "Unenroll in TD Debit Card Advance." This link will ask you to enroll in the service if you are not currently signed up. You may also send a secure message to our Representatives for confirmation by selecting "Send a message" via the "Message Center."
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so anytime here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to enroll. If you have any trouble with the enrollment process, you can contact us by using the number mentioned above or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours.
