Hello Judine and thank you for writing in. We understand the importance of knowing your account balances and would like to share the options here with you.
The quickest and easiest way to check your balances is by using our Online Banking website. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. You may also view your transactions and account history as well. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activities.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r to start the enrollment. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number, email address and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can help too! Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application using your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card for your account or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help also. Additionally, we also offer Mobile Banking services. The TD Bank Mobile App is available for most iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices so you can manage your banking needs anytime, anywhere with the quick, easy and secure Mobile App. After you are enrolled for online banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The Username and Password that the Mobile App will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for you Online Banking Profile on our website.
Lastly, you can also access up-to-the-minute account balance and transaction information 24/7 by calling our Automated Banking System or by contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists also 24/7 at 888-751-9000. By entering your TD Debit Card or account number, you will have access to listen to your account information via our Automated Banking System or to connect with a live Banking Specialist, please select "0" at any point during your call. As always, you are also welcome to visit your local TD Store for assistance.

If you have a TD Visa Credit Card account, feel free to enroll online banking from here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. You'll need your 16 digits Credit Card account number, your name, date of birth, zip code, home phone number, your Card Security Code, and your mother's maiden name or Security Word you chose at the time of your application to complete the enrollment process.

Once you're successfully enrolled and logged on to your credit card online account, you will be able to see your credit card information including up to minute balance online immediately.
