This is Jairo Jimenez, I am living in Colombia, I have a normal account if I don't have 100 dollars every month so I would like to close it

In order to close your account, it must be brought to a zero balance. If you still have funds in your account, you can withdraw the amount from an ATM, write a personal check for the entire amount left in your account or you can make a purchase for the remaining funds in your account. If you're unsure as to how much money is in your account, please give us a call 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non- mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518.
Once your account has reached a zero balance, please give us a call at either one of the telephone numbers mentioned above or send us a secure message through online banking to request the closure of your account. Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for an account to close.
