I previously sent a secured message from my online banking account as I wanted to close it somehow (regarding the fact that I am not a US citizen. I hade come back to my home country, but at the time I had left, I had been told I couldn't close it for some reasons.) Since I sent that message, I have been unable to log-into my account, although I have tried several times. I do not know whether it is due to the fact that the account has been closed and thus I can no longer have access to it online, or whether it is due some technical problems (which I doubt). My question is therefore: How can I be assured that my account has been closed (or not)?
Thank you for your reply,
