Hello i'd like to check my checking account is close or not. If or not, I'd like to close my checking account online.Now, I'm in Korea, so I'm not able to visit TD bank locations. I opened account in January 22,2014 and i just know access card number (debit card number).please let me know how can i close my account.

If your account is held by TD Bank in the U.S., you are able to contact us once your account balance is listed as $0.00. You are able to call us from overseas 24/7 by dialing 856-751-9000 or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
There are a couple of ways you can draw down your account to a zero balance. If you have checks available you can write yourself a check for the exact amount in your account or debit the funds using your debit card.
Please be sure to stop any automatic transactions such as direct deposits, ACH withdrawals, automatic (recurring) bill payments, outstanding checks, ATM/debit card transactions and online balance alerts and automatic (recurring) bill payments (if applicable). If there are any pending transactions we cannot close the account.
