Welcome to TD Helps, Junru. We would hate to lose you as customer and we hope all is well; however, we'd be happy to help.
You mentioned that you were closing your account due to moving to China, we'd like to inform you that we can provide options on how to maintain your account. TD Bank offers Bill Pay, Online, and Mobile Banking. Check http://bit.ly/1lnLZE5 for more details.

Please be sure to provide your account number so we may issue you a check for the remaining funds in your account as well as your final statement. If you are unsure of which Store is your Home Store, take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations.
You can also send us a secure message via your Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.
