I am in Avondale, Arizona, and need to deposit a check from Wells Fargo. Is there a way to do it?

We appreciate you coming to TD Helps, Diana. If you are not near a TD location, don't worry! There are a number of ways you can make deposits from anywhere! We'd be happy to go over your options with you.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may wish to make a deposit via your TD Bank App. If you choose to make a deposit through your smart phone, you’ll first need to ensure you have an internet-enabled Android or iPhone device with a camera and that you are enrolled in TD Bank Online Banking as well as the TD Bank Mobile Deposit service. Also, you will need to be a TD Bank customer for at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account. You can always visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for a list of Frequently Asked Questions which could be useful.
If you would like to use the TD Bank mobile application and are not yet enrolled in Online Banking for your account, please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number, and email address.
Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone if you haven't already done so, you can by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. You could also visit the AppStore if you have an iPhone, Google Play if you have an Android phone, or Blackberry App World if you have a Blackberry.
The username and password that you'll use for Mobile Banking is the same as the one you've created for your Online Banking account.
Please note that limits for your Mobile Deposits apply and will depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
If you have any trouble with Online or Mobile Banking, we ask that you call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 for help.
You also have the option of mailing in your deposit. To do so, please clearly write your account number and the words; “For Deposit Only” on the back of your check and mail it to:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
The P.O. Box listed above is checked daily and transactions will be posted on the day they are received. Please note, a delay may occur if a deposit is sent to a different P.O. Box than the one provided in the instructions above. Please also note that TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail.
- Payee of the check and name on account should be the same.
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only).
You have the ability to make deposits at non - TD ATMs as long as it is listed as a NYCE shared deposit ATM. Keep in mind that any deposits made at non-TD Bank ATMs will take longer to clear your account. Check deposits made with your card at these ATMs can take up to seven business days after the deposit is made while cash deposits can take up to five business days. If you'd like to take a look at this information in greater detail, we invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ . Pages 38-41 detail all of our deposit availability information.
If you have any further questions, please let us know!
Have a great day, Diana.
