Welcome to TD Helps, Shish. We'd be happy to help with Mobile Banking.
In order to make deposits and utilize the Mobile Banking app, you will first need to be enrolled in Online Banking. To enroll, you can follow this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your TD Bank account number, and your email address. If you do not have one of the following pieces of information or are having difficulty, you can contact us directly for assistance 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists would be happy to help. If you prefer assistance face to face, you may visit a TD Store near you. Once you've created your username and password via the TD Bank webpage, you may then download the Mobile Banking app by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. This page will send a message to your iPhone with a link to download the app. In order to use the Mobile Deposit service, you must be a TD Customer for at least 90 days and have at least one checking, money market, or savings account. CDs, IRAs, and Passbook accounts are not eligible. Once you're able to use this feature, there are also a limit to the amount you can deposit using the Mobile Deposit feature.
