Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Fredia. You came to the right place for information.
In order to set up Direct Deposit, you will need to provide your Checking account number and routing number to the depositor. We'd like to invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6 where you can view and print our already prepared form. Once you print it, just fill in your personal information and hand the completed form to your depositor and they'll do the rest!
Just in case you also need your routing and checking account numbers, we've got you covered!
TD Bank routing numbers are based upon the TD location where you originally opened your account. For a list of our current routing numbers please check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you are not certain which TD Store location you opened your account at, we invite to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for your routing number or feel free to visit us during lobby hours for assistance. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores near you.
There are a couple of ways you may obtain your checking account number. Your checking account number can be found on the paper statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If you have any checks with you, this number would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K. Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via email or over the phone.
Another way to locate your account number is via Online Banking. If you are enrolled for our online banking service, once you log in, please click on the "Accounts" tab. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank online banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for online banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Specialists. After account verification, we would be happy to help you get set up! If you are unable to verify your Checking account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. While you're at the Store, they will also be able to provide you with your account number. Once you're enrolled for online banking, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers anytime you'd like.
We hope this information answers all your questions. Please let us know if you should have any further questions. Have a great rest of your weekend!
