I cancelled my gym membership on December 2, 2014. I was informed by New York Sports Club that $1.33 would be my last charge. They then charged me $39.99 on January 5, 2015. I would like to be refunded this charge. Thank you

Thanks for joining us, Jennifer and we'd be happy to discuss your options with you. As you wrote in that you had a membership with New York Sports Club that was cancelled, to dispute any charge they made to your account after cancellation you'll first want to give them a call. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a refund before filing a claim with TD Bank. If you attempt to resolve this with New York Sports Club and you encounter any difficulty or are otherwise unable to get a refund from them, you can then dispute the item with us. Since you mentioned that the charge was made via your debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim. We hope this information helps, Jennifer and have a wonderful evening.

I did speak with them and they refused to refund the charge. When I cancelled in December, I was told my last charge was to be in December. Please let me know how I can resolve this and have the charge removed.
