I bought an item from a website and they sent me a confirmation of my order, this was June 30th, then I reached out since I have received no tracking information and they then send me an email saying that my merchandise is not in stock and if i could pick something else from the website. since then I have wrote them 3 emails stating that I do not want anything and want my refund. Since then I have not heard from them. i even tried using a different email address and simply asking them what the return policy is ( pretending to be a different customer) and still no answer. They just went dark with my money!!!! what can i do?

After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account transactions with you and they'll also be happy to file the dispute while you are on the phone with them. Additionally, you may visit us at any TD Bank Store, during lobby hours to file the dispute in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
