Hey there Shannon,
Good morning and welcome to TD Helps!
Thanks for your message today. From what you've said, it sounds as though you'd like to complete an ACH transaction between bank accounts you may have at different financial institutions. If that is the case, we recommend that you try our External Transfers feature, which is available via your Online Banking account. You're welcome to send or receive money using this feature.
If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, please click here to log in: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you're not yet enrolled, please find our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. You'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit card number, your Social Security number and email address. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those\three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your accounts online.
After logging onto your account, please choose the "Transfers" tab. Then click on the "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank" link at the top of the page. You will then be asked to accept a user agreement and review the fee schedule.
After the enrollment is completed, you may continue to schedule a transfer by adding your account at a different institution. To do so, select "Add a New Account." You will then be prompted to select the type of account followed by the account and routing numbers. Once you enter the required fields, the transfer service will then display whether or not you can make an immediate transfer. In some cases, a trial deposit is initiated at the receiving institution for verification purposes. You’re welcome to check out http://bit.ly/1jXKYqq for a few more details about this service.
When sending an External Transfer, you will have two delivery options, three day or next day delivery. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Please note; fees may apply for External Transfer service. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K, and for more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you find you have any questions about using this service, or need assistance with your online enrollment, you can contact a Tech Support Specialist anytime 24/7 at 800-493-7562 who can assist you over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list
of our stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Shannon, we hope this is the info you were looking for. If you were intending to send some other type of ACH, please click the 'Reply' button in the right corner of this message and let us know a few more details. We'll be happy to respond.
Thanks again for joining us and have a wonderful Sunday!
