I canceled my TD bank account at July 31st, but my Amazon refund processed at Sep 14 to that account. Amazon suggest me to contact TD bank. Could you please help? Thank you very much!

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps this morning, Yanhui.
As you've stated that the account you're expecting the refund on is now closed, please know that the funds will be returned to the merchant. We recommend for you to connect with the merchant to advise them that these funds will be returned to them.
Hope this helps clear things up and have a nice day!

As you suggested, I've contact with Amazon about the refund, Amazon replied as below:
The refund was successfully issued. Your bank should also have this information, and they should be able to trace the refund with the details below. We don’t receive a reference number until the bank has accepted the refund:
Amount Refunded: $89.90
Date of Refund: 09/14/2015
Could you please help me check again? Thank you so much!

Thanks for coming back to TD Helps, Yanhui.
As mentioned above, if the merchant attempts to process your refund, but the account they process it on is closed, the funds will return to the merchant. We recommend reaching out to Amazon to advise them of your closed account, and inquire about any other options to issue you a refund.
Thanks again for joining us, and enjoy the rest of your week!
