Based on your question, it seems that you're trying to access your TD Credit Card using tdcardservices.com. We'd be happy to provide you with ways to change your log in information.
First you will want to login, here: http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 and then you can click onto "Services" (located on left-hand side, 5th one down). Under "Manage Your Security Settings" you'll have the option to "Update Password" or "Update Security Questions and Answers." If it's your user name that you'd like to change or if you have any difficulties, please give our TD Card Services team a call 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
If you are referring to Online Banking, you can change your username any time by logging in and then visiting the "Customer Service" tab. After you select the "Customer Service" tab, under "Self Service", please select the first option which is "Change User Name." You are now at the Change User Name page, on this page, you will be able to select a new user name, please be sure to click the "Submit" box to save your changes. If you have trouble logging in, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
