Hello, Anna! Welcome to the TD Helps community, we're happy to assist today.
We're glad to let you know that even without a TD Bank Debit or ATM card, you're able to enroll your account in Online Banking right away! We welcome you to contact our Banking Team 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to get your online account up and running during your call. You're also more than welcome at any of our TD Bank Store locations and we'll be happy to set you up there. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. You're not required to have a TD Bank Debit or ATM card for your account if this is your preference.
If by any chance you recently opened your account and are waiting for your debit card to arrive by mail, you can expect to receive your card at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the arrival time may differ depending on your postal office.
If you would prefer to have a new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store nearby you. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card, seven days a week, and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand! Once at the Store, if you did order a debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you receive at the Store.
We hope these options are helpful, Anna and we appreciate your visit today! Have a great one.
