Welcome to TD Helps, Grazyna, and thank you for your interest in TD.
In order to open a business account, all signers must visit a TD Bank Store and be present for the account opening process. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
If you'd still like to open an account, prior to visiting a TD Store, we suggest reviewing our business accounts. If you take a look here, http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe, the link shows the types of business checking accounts that we offer. Our web page can even make a selection based on your needs with the Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. If you have any questions while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be happy to assist you over the telephone. You can reach them by dialing 855-278-8988.
Once you've decided on the right account for your needs, you (and your business partners) can stop by your local TD Bank for assistance. Although is not necessary, we recommend contacting us 24/7 using the numbers above if you'd like to schedule an appointment. You could also click here: http://bit.ly/SWDqsn to fill in a form to request a call from a Small Business Banking Specialist. For information on our lobby hours and locations please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Keep in mind you will need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For a non-resident aliens opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID including a non-US Passport and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business. Other documents may also be needed depending on the type of business you have, and we recommend discussing this with a Specialist prior to your Store visit.
Once the account is opened, you may wish to check out more about TD Merchant Services here: http://bit.ly/1gUknHO. Our Merchant Services solutions include the ACH services you require to process transactions quickly and efficiently.
If you have any additional questions or concerns about Merchant Services, please feel free to reach out to our Merchant Service Experts at 800-348-4025 during normal business hours, Mondays through Fridays. Or, send them an email from here: http://bit.ly/1jyVtAt or visit your local TD Bank Store.
We hope this helps, Grazyna, and have a good evening.
