We are glad to see you here at TD Helps, Deanna.
There are several ways available for you to locate your Checking account number. The first way is to check the top right hand side of your paper statement. In addition, if you have your checkbook handy, the second set of numbers on the bottom is your account number. You may also visit your local TD Store for your account number.
Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone.
Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. To find a Store location and hours please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once enrolled and logged in with a computer or on the full site using your mobile phone, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balances, transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
We hope this helps and please have a wonderful day!
