Hello, Frantz! Thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps. We'll be glad to assist you.
If you'd like to show proof of your address using your TD Bank Online Banking account, we invite you to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once there, you'll be able to view and print a copy of your current Statement as proof of address. Please follow these steps:
-Click on the Accounts tab
-Click on the Account you'd like to view
-Click on the green Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If for any reason this information is not up-to-date, or if you'd prefer that we mail a copy directly to you, you're more than welcome to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Or, send a secured message via your online account above, by clicking the Customer Service tab and using the Send a Message link found there. An option to Change Address, Phone, Email Address is also available there. Please note that an address change may take 3-5 business days to be completed, and your address change will usually reflect on your statement in the next statement cycle.
You're also welcome at any TD Bank Store location; please see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find one nearby you.
We hope this is the information you were looking for, Frantz! Thanks again for your visit and have a great evening.
