If your account was closed with a negative balance, it may have been sent to our Recovery Department. They may be reached Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at 800-742-2651 for further information. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be sure to assist you.
