Thank you for taking the time to complete a loan application with us, Jaymie!
We have a couple options to obtain the status of the loan you applied for.
The first option is to call us directly 24/7 at 800-937-5020 and speak with one of our Financial Solutions Group (FSG) Specialist. Secondly, you can visit any TD Store during lobby hours to inquire about the status of your loan application. For lobby hours and locations near you please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are checking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, you also have the option of checking online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Please enter the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have applied, we will send you a letter via standard mail with your loan application decision enclosed.
