Good morning, Ken. Thanks for coming to TD Helps today!
We'd first like to take this opportunity to apologize, as we are unable to access account specific information through TD Helps, as it is not considered a secure forum.
It's also important to note that in order to confirm if a transaction such as a transfer was received, we would need to speak with a signer of the receiving account. If you were the originator of this transfer, and are not a legal signer on the account that is going to be receiving the funds, we ask that you get in touch with them directly to verify if this transfer was received.
If you are a legal signer on the account that may be receiving the funds, you're more than welcome to contact us directly for further assistance. A Banking Specialist may be reached at 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You're also welcome to visit us at your local TD Store location, and to take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you also have the option of sending us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We hope this helps, Ken. Enjoy the rest of your day!
