If you are able to log onto your TD Bank Online Banking, you can view and change your security questions and answer by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
If you are unable to log onto your Online Banking, that’s okay! You can contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialists who are available to you 24/7 for your convenience. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! You may also visit us during lobby hours for further assistance.
