I use the mobile app for my online banking which saves my username and does not let me see what it is. Now that I want to go on my computer to use the online banking I don't remember what my username is. I know my password and can access my account on my phone, but I can't access it from my computer because I can't remember the username and all of my guesses/tries have been incorrect.

Thank you for the reply! I will call the number that you provided. I have previously gone into a branch to ask for help with this issue and they told me I had to come to the website since they could not do it for me. They also weren't able to give me the phone number to call. I appreciate finally getting the information I need to resolve this issue. Thanks!!

I am abroad and can't call or come to a branch, is there a third option to access my account? All the same conditions apply for as for Jennifer

Since you are unable to bring your User Name to mind right now and, for the security of your account, we would have to speak with you directly to be able to retrieve this information. When you are able to access a telephone you may contact us from abroad by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. After account verification, you'll have your User Name in no time!

You are able to reset your password for by selecting "Forgot your password?" via Online and Mobile Banking. By selecting this link, you will be asked to enter the type of account you have and enter your user name. Once you enter your user name, you will be asked for the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and you will be prompted to answer one of your security questions. After entering this information, you will be able to enter a new password for your online account.
If you have trouble resetting your password or you're locked out of Online Banking, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to contact us by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 option 2 for BusinessDirect). After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help you log in again.
