If you are unsure of a transaction that has applied to your account, we ask that you reach out to us directly for assistance. You are able call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to review the transaction in question.
You are also able to visit any TD Store for help with your account. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are also able to send a secure message to discuss your concerns. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
