I'm currently in Europe and I have no way of calling to the US at this moment, and I can't access my account. I'm sure of my Username, but I recently changed my password and I can't figure it out for the life of me. Is there anyway I can verify it my credentials and gain access?

It's great to see you join us here on TD Helps, Andrew.
Since you're unsure of your password, don't worry; we still have plenty of options for you. If you remember your User Name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your Password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, your password will be changed.
If you're inquiring about this change as your account has become locked or you don't have some of the information required to reset this yourself, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact our toll-free number at +00 1-856-751-9000, in which you can reach our Customer Service Line 24/7. If you have access to a landline where you're at, please know that you can also reach us 24/7 by calling collect with Operator assistance. Just ask the Operator to dial us at 1-215-569-0518 and we will gladly accept the call to help! Once we speak, one of our Banking Specialists can get you back logged in, and back online!.
We hope this provides the help you need!
All the best and have a nice day.
