We were approved a HELOC a month ago and are still waiting for the checks. We had a change of address and are fearful they were shipped to our previous address. We haven't been able to get any info from phone calls to our local TD Bank.

We apologize if you haven't yet received checks for your Home Equity Line of Credit, and we'll be more than happy to connect you with someone who can help.
Before doing so, we'd like to take a moment to mention that when looking to obtain checks for a HELOC you may have with TD Bank, you will need to request to have these checks mailed to you, as checks are not automatically created for this type of line of credit. Once checks have been ordered, they generally taking 7-10 business days to be mailed to your address; however, this time frame can vary depending on your postal service.
