I have been out of the country for the last month in a bit due to a death in my family and totally forgot about monthly fees. I was unable to login to online banking to accept a e-transfer, and today I finally had time to settle in and look at all my mail that had be collect over the time I was gone. It has said to contact TD by Aug 10, 2015 due to my monthly fee not being paid. How can I fix this?

Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Andrea.
From your message, it sounds as though your account may have already been closed due to funds owed. If so, we can provide more information for you and payment arrangements can be made by contacting our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, or by visiting any TD Bank Store and stopping by a Teller station. Our Recovery Department can be reached Monday through Friday, 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm for your convenience. Also, our TD Bank Stores with their lobby hours can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Or, if your account is still open, feel free to give us a call and we can look into this further for you. We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or you can visit us at a Store as just mentioned for assistance. Kindly note that overdrawn accounts may be closed after 60 days, if the balance is not made current and we'll be able to give you better details about your own account once we review this with you in person or when you call.
Hope this helps answer your question and have a fantastic day.
