Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Mohammed.
If you are enrolled in paperless statements via TD Online Banking, you have the ability to access your transaction history as far back as April 2010! Please note that you have access to any checks that posted to your account from the past 60 days.
To view your check payments presented to your account that exceed the past 60 days, you should be able to view the check number, amount and posting date in your monthly statements. If your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your check images are available to view on the last page of your online statement, for any month in which your account was paperless.
To view your statements online you must log in, and after selecting the account you would like to view, please click on the "Statements" tab to select the year and month of the statement. You may also send us a Secure Message online while logged into your Online Banking account to request a copy of the check to be mailed to you. Click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in.
You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, if the image is not available online or you do not currently use Online Banking and a Banking Specialist can request a copy to your home address.
Of course, you may visit one of our TD Bank Stores, for this request if you prefer. For a listing of Store locations and hours near you please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You should expect to receive your check at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office. Please note that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great one!
