We appreciate you choosing to visit us on TD Helps, Jewell. There are several options for you to receive check copies and we'd be happy to provide them to you.
If your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your online statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online you must log in, after selecting the account you would like to view, please click on the "Statements" tab to select the year and month of the statement. You may also send us a secure message online, while logged into your Online Banking, to request a copy of the check to be mailed to you. Click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in. If you are not currently signed up for Online Banking you can click http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r to enroll. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to sign up.
You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, if the image is not available online or you do not currently use Online Banking and a Banking Specialist can request a copy to your home address.
Of course, you may visit one of our TD Bank Stores, for this request if you prefer. For a listing of Store locations and hours near you please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule.
Thanks and we hope we have helped you today, Jewell!
