Welcome to TD Helps, Jeff. There are a few ways that you can go about getting a copy of the deposits that you need. You always have the option of visiting a TD Store for assistance or by contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speaking to our Customer Service Representatives. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you use Online Banking you may send us a secure message to request a copy of the deposit in question. Once you're logged in to your Online Banking please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Secure Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. To make a request for check images, you would need to change the subject to "Request a Transaction Copy." You will then be directed to select and fill out details about the deposit that you're requesting including the date and amount. Please note that there may be fees included for this service. Take a look at our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so at http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number and ATM/debit card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance. We hope this helps, Jeff and have a good weekend!
