If you are referring to payments made via paper check from your personal account or Bill Pay, you can request these check copies via telephone, online or by visiting any TD Bank location during lobby hours. You may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Customer Service Representatives can request these copies to be mailed to your home address. If you choose the online option, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/VISA debit card, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. Once signed up, please select the link that says "View your accounts" and then click on the "Customer Service" tab. Next, select "Send A Message". Please include the check numbers, amounts and dates in your email. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you if you choose to make the request in person.
