I am currently studying in Florence, Italy until May and am having trouble using my debit card since it has nochip in it. When discussing fees during my semester abroad with my financial representative and placed travel notifications on my account, it was never mentioned that I would need a card with a chip in it. How can I get this card sent to me as soon as possible? If necessary, I can have it sent from family at home if they can pick it up at the local TD bank.
