Happy Sunday and thanks for your question, Liza! We'll be happy to help you with your inquiry today.
First, we'd like to let you know that you have the option to view a listing of your deposits or withdrawals of your account via Online Banking, for the most recent 60 days of your account. Information prior to this time can be found on your monthly statements and we'll be happy to provide instructions to find both!
Before we do so, if you are not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you may begin for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. If you do not have some of the info needed to enroll or you are having any difficulties, you may contact our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you are logged in to your account, to search for specific items in the past 60 days, click on the "Accounts" tab. select the account you are inquiring about and then click on "Account History." Next, please click on "Power Search" and select "Debit Search" or Deposit Search" from the drop down box. You will then have three options to search specific transactions by amount, amount range, or number of items.
If you'd like to view your monthly statements, just follow these steps:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements” tab
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
Kindly note that we don't currently offer a feature that would allow you to create a listing of individual transactions for a full year. and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you need any support with your searches, feel free to reach a Tech Support Specialist available 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or visit your local TD Bank. To find TD store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information is helpful, Liza and enjoy the rest of your day!
