Hey Jason, thanks for making a stop here at TD Helps.
The easiest way to obtain a payoff for your Consumer Loan is to contact a dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020. During your call, they can let you know the figure and answer any additional questions you may have. If you'd like to have the payoff quote in writing, one of our Specialists can have this sent to your address on file, or they can provide you with instructions to obtain this by fax during your call.
If you'd like, you can also send a Secure Message via your Online Banking account. If you're already enrolled for online banking, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After signing in, you can visit the Customer Service tab and click on Send a Message for assistance with your inquiry. If you're not yet enrolled and have a TD Bank Debit card and Social Security number, you may sign up here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please note, if your loan is the only account you have with TD Bank at this time, a friendly Banking Specialist can enroll your account 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Please also feel free to stop in at any convenient TD Bank Store location near you; a listing can be found at http://bit.ly/TDStores where we would be happy to help!
Please note, if you're in need of a payoff for your auto loan and this is held through TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm at 800-556-8172 to help you.
We hope this helps, Jason. Have a good one
