Thanks for your question, Shanise. We'd be glad to help you obtain a new Debit Card.
You can call us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to process your request and mail you a new Card. Your new Card will be mailed to the address we have on file.
You also have the option of sending us a secure message via your TD Bank Online Banking. To do this, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking.
If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security Number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit Card.
If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us 24/7 using the number mentioned above.
After you've successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. You will receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit Card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Finally, your last option is to visit us at your nearby TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to help and you can even receive your new Debit Card immediately at the Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if your Debit Card is linked to a business account, to obtain a new Card you can send us a secure message via your Online Banking or you can also stop by a TD Store for further assistance.
We hope this helps, Shanise. Take care.
