Welcome to TD Helps, Borys.
With all the PINs and passwords we have these days, it's easy to forget.
Since you don't remember your PIN, you can go to any TD Bank store with proper identification (ex. Driver's License, Passport, etc.) and ask one of our Customer Service Representatives to change it for you. You can find the closest TD Bank location by visiting http://bit.ly/1iPlVER. You can also give us a call 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 and request a PIN reminder to be mailed to your address on file. It can take five to seven business days to arrive. If necessary, we can expedite your request.
Hope the information helps!

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today, Mayerlin. We would be happy to provide you with additional ways to receive a pin reminder.
We understand that calling and stopping into a TD location are not an option since you are abroad. We recommend sending us a Secure Message through your Online Banking and requesting that we mail your pin reminder to your address in Venezuela. It is required that you include in your Secured Message that you take full responsibility of your PIN reminder being sent to an address that is not what shows on file and also please include the address for us to send it to.
If you're not enrolled for Online Banking yet, to do so, please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please note you will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to enroll online.
We hope this helps, Mayerlin and let us know if you have any additional questions!
